1. I left my apartment or co-working space, so I was "roaming" on data
2. my phone was suspended
3. I received a text message (sms, etc...) while the phone was suspended
4. when I turned on the phone, I had trouble getting past the shutdown dialog, twice I had to reboot
This is r186 with silo 7 and silo 3 installed
