a large ship small cargo container has a capacity of 15625L, whereas a large ship large cargo container has a 125000L capacity(8x), while taking 27x the physical space.
that's not mentioning thrusters with an exhaust velocity higher than the speed of light, or explosives having a blast radius of 1cm*$explosivesinstack(which makes small amounts of explosives crappy and large amounts overpowered)
