I did some debugging and noticed empathy is looking for the icon notification-message-im.svg but can't find it.

I made following symlinks to solve the problem:

* Go to /usr/share/icons/Humanity/actions/16
* sudo ln -s im-message-new.svg notification-message-im.svg
* do the same for sizes 22 and 24
