$ sudo apt-get install geoclue-ubuntu-geoip

and

$ sudo apt-get remove geoclue-yahoo

suggested on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-datetime/+bug/907012/comments/9 fixed this or a very similar issue.

I believe this report is a duplicate of bug 907012.
