Sun rise and sun set time is off for Winnipeg as well. For October 1 2012 it is displaying
Sunrise 6.07 AM
Sunset 6:36 PM

Compare it with this website:

Sunrise: 7:29 AM
Sunset: 7:06 PM

Which I would say is pretty accurate.
