Confirmed.

Upgraded to kernel 4.5. Removed "modprobe.blacklist=dw_dmac,dw_dmac_core" and Shut Down as well as Reboot work well on my Acer Aspire E15 (E5-511-P7AT).

Seems to be fixed.
