From what I can tell you're on BIOS 1.3.3. Please upgrade to 1.5.0. It's available both for Ubuntu through fwupd (https://fwupd.org/lvfs/device/34578c72-11dc-4378-bc7f-b643866f598c) or can be updated from the F12 post menu by downloading from support.dell.com (https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/sln171755/updating-the-dell-bios-in-linux-and-ubuntu-environments?lang=en#updatebios2015)
