Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

Based on the attached logs, we can see the following message:

dpkg-deb (sottoprocesso): estrazione componente dell'archivio: errore di lzma: i dati compressi sono rovinati
dpkg-deb: errore: il sottoprocesso <decompressione> ha restituito lo stato di errore 2
dpkg: errore nell'elaborare l'archivio /tmp/apt-dpkg-install-INEgX1/225-libsnmp35_5.8+dfsg-2ubuntu2.3_i386.deb (--unpack):
impossibile copiare i dati estratti per "./usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libnetsnmpagent.so.35.0.0" in "/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libnetsnmpagent.so.35.0.0.dpkg-new": fine del file o dello stream inattesa

If I understand correctly, this is saying that dpkg-deb could not unpack the file /tmp/apt-dpkg-install-INEgX1/225-libsnmp35_5.8+dfsg-2ubuntu2.3_i386.deb because it is corrupted. This is strange and doesn't happen often. I was wondering if you might have a faulty disk, but it doesn't seem like it (at least I couldn't find anything suspicious in the Dmesg.txt file). Another possibility is that you could have lost your internet connection while apt was downloading files; this can happen if you suspend/hibernate your computer during an upgrade, for example.

Either way, I don't think this is a bug in the net-snmp package. I would advise you to run the following command and try again:

# apt-get clean

If you still think this is a bug with net-snmp, please provide us with more details and possibly with steps to reproduce it.

Since there is not enough information in your report to begin triage or to
differentiate between a local configuration problem and a bug in Ubuntu, I
am marking this bug as "Incomplete". We would be grateful if you would:
provide a more complete description of the problem, explain why you
believe this is a bug in Ubuntu rather than a problem specific to your
system, and then change the bug status back to "New".
