Hi Till, I've installed network-manager 1.10.6-2ubuntu1.2 from proposed as suggested in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1754671/comments/143 and no, the issue is still there: if I use the split VPN connection I do not get the DNS under systemd-resolve --status; if I route all traffic through the VPN instead it works.
