Thank you for taking the time to report this bug, but we need some clarification before we can confirm this bug.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but do you mean that you are running an installation with French as the default language, but that single menu item is still in English? Please post a screenshot of the planner window, then we can confirm this bug.
