In Ubuntu 11.10 Unity, there is no "custom command" option i open with dialog, and qnapi does'nt show in applications list due to missing "%u" in exec command in .desktop file.
In /usr/share/applications/qnapi.desktop
line
Exec=qnapi
should be
Exec=qnapi %U
Also it would be good to add some mime types to tell OS which files are opened with qnapi. I think it would benefit later in showing qnapi directly on application list able to open those files instead of showing it with all the other.
