Dude, surely you can see that this command-not-found issue is
completely orthogonal and not the cause of the rhythmbox-client
command not being packaged on oneiric. But again, I will humor
you by installing command-not-found and try yet again:

$ sudo apt-get install command-not-found

The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  baobab nvidia-settings gnome-screenshot ubuntu-sounds ttf-lao
  libboost-signals1.42.0 gnome-search-tool mate-image-viewer
  usb-modeswitch-data notify-osd-icons usb-modeswitch wine1.2-gecko
  speech-dispatcher libxp6 gnome-system-log libdotconf1.0
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them.
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  command-not-found
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 19 not upgraded.
Need to get 7,338 B of archives.
After this operation, 135 kB of additional disk space will be used.

To prove that it no longer complains when you enter something that
actually exist:

$ aadasdf
aadasdf: command not found

And the results from trying to run rhythmbox-client:

$ rhytmbox-client
rhytmbox-client: command not found

See. Not installed, yet I do have rhythmbox installed:

$ apt-cache policy rhythmbox
rhythmbox:
  Installed: 2.90.1~20110908-0ubuntu1.3
  Candidate: 2.90.1~20110908-0ubuntu1.3

Still not convinced?
