WORKAROUND FOUND:

1) Deleted "~/.local/share/keyrings/login.keyring" and "~/.local/share/keyrings/user.keystore"

2) Restarted computer

3) In the Popup Window to change login keyring password, wrote something and then deleted all (just in case) in both password entry field, clicked Continue, and then OK.
