YES! I found that my mail.server.default.mime_parts_on_demand was also set to false. So I toggled it to true and problem is resolved.

So this is true resolution to problem and I think others did not pay attention to what you said.

I assume this is typo and that you mean to say "After setting this pref to TRUE".
