Same here. Fresh install of 14.04 64-bit, dual monitor setup. When I set the launcher to only display on one monitor, I can only click each icon in the launcher once. Trying to interact with those icons a second time receives no response.

If I then set launcher to display on both monitors, I immediately regain access to all icons in the launcher on both monitors.
