I forgot to mention I have turned on this behavior from the Static Windows Manager

Another thing is that when i click some icon of the tray like Battery Icon and the menu shows this also disables the ALT + TAB showing.
All these different settings for ALT + TAB through Static Application Switcher, Application Switcher, Unity plugin... e.t.c. seem very confusing to me. That would be really nice to clean up somehow.
