Hello, I can confirm this issue is still present on latest:

In both cases I am not able to connect to my Ubuntu desktop remotely thanks to this issue. /askubuntu. com/questions/ 463486/ can-no- longer- use-screen- share-to- connect- mac-to- ubuntu- since-upgrading -to-14- 04 by disabling Vino's security (require-encryption = OFF) I was able to connect from both clients.
Following this advice: https:/
Now, I'm getting warnings: "The connection to this VNC Server will not be encrypted."
When I'm connecting between two Ubuntu's 18.04 LTS or from Ubuntu to Mac, there has not been any issues.
