Yes. The latest v4.14 also works great !!! I have nouveau drivers loaded and working perfectly.

In fact, I am running it now: "4.14.0-041400-generic" and I shall stay on this kernel (the latest kernel which works decently for me).

But the first kernel of the 4.15 series does not work anymore.

So, the problem lies between last kernel of 4.14 and first kernel of 4.15.

I will stay on this kernel, for now: "4.14.0-041400-generic" , until the problem gets solved.

And further more, as I tested the 4.18 and did not work, I can only conclude that the problem evolves right up to v4.18 if not beyond....
