After installing Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS - Hebrew keyboard appeared to exist and super+space seems to switch between them however... no hebrew comes out...:(

Removing the keyboard from the Input Sources and immediately adding it back , solves the Issue ... however it returns after boot or after loading some browser or terminal...

ANNOYING!
