Bug Description
The “Search Plugins” filter in the apps lens is only displaying the remote scopes, it should also display all the local scopes.

Displaying information about uninstalled scopes requires app-install data for the scopes that isn't in the current app-install-data packages. I've uploaded a tarball with data I extracted from the experimental-
To install it, you'll need to do the following as root:
cd /usr/share/
tar xzf /path/to/
update-
update-
