Displaying information about uninstalled scopes requires app-install data for the scopes that isn't in the current app-install-data packages. I've uploaded a tarball with data I extracted from the experimental-prevalidation PPA here: http://ubuntuone.com/2lSK4xU6KSZmWimyFXA4NH

To install it, you'll need to do the following as root:

    cd /usr/share/app-install
    tar xzf /path/to/app-install-scopes.tar.gz
    update-software-center
    update-icon-caches /usr/share/app-install
