Touch window management gesture previews

Description:

When a window is initiated by a three finger touch a set of gesture previews should appear around the window border. For more information see section 5 of the "Unity Touch 11.04 Specification" ( http://use-case-mapper.canonical.com/specifications/0AU5sFuLRpCpBZGZra2pqY2pfMTU3MmhwbXczcWQ1 )

The following art assets will be attached to this bug:

1. Design showing the window manipulation gesture previews
2. Animation showing gesture previews fading in and out
