Update Dash design with latest change requests
Description:
Finish updating Dash designs with latest change requests. The current implementations of these change requests need some more polish. The change requests are:
1. Experiment with dimming the launcher when the dash is open to focus the user's attention. This dimming must be done in such a way that it does not detract from the launcher being perceived as a active drag and drop target.
2. Ensure that the user can closely correlate the 'See XX more results' with the dash group header title. The suggested solution is to move the 'See XX more results' to the left of the title and knock the colour of the text back a bit into gray.
3. Refine the 'Search' button to the right of the search box. Experiment with making it more 'button like', and using the material from the quick list
