Comment 2 for bug 1210544

I think this may be related to this bug:

 https://bugs.launchpad.net/utah/+bug/1204489

It would be really handy if we could capture that actual file state.yaml upon a failure to try and see why its broke. I'll see if we can't try and include some debugging around that.
