I found the problem
' according to "ID_MODEL_ENC" it is "TABLET\x20DEVICE" '

Putting MatchProduct "TABLET DEVICE" instead of "TABLET\x20DEVICE" worked perfectly. I was guessing "\x20" meant "space" since other terminal commands said my tablet's name was " TABLET DEVICE"
