Comment 54 for bug 607474

I'm experiencing the same issue on Arch Linux, with the package built from sources found at git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-volumed

The bug is extremely annoying, I have to check every few hours and restart the daemon lest it consumes all ram and swap.
If there's some debugging I can do to help fixing it, just tell me what's needed. I tried to look at the source, but that's a no go, too messy :(

 I see there's been zero activity for over a year now, strange considering the Critical status...
