Binary package hint: seahorse
Open 'System -> Preferences -> Encryption and Keyrings' and the application is labelled as 'Password and Encryption Settings', which is a little confusing.

Hi, thanks for reporting your bug. I agree with you that this is a bit confusing it would make sense to use the same title for both.
I would also like to add that for new users especially it is not immediately clear the difference between the above mentioned 'System -> Preferences -> Encryption and Keyrings' and 'applications- >accessories- >Passwords and Encryption Keys'.
By the way this is on intrepid though I think the menu/window names have not changed in a release or two.
