There are several icon sets that include icons for common filenames, such as INSTALL (which has an icon in Humanity theme). Now, I suggest that icons are created for other files, such as TODO (to-do list icon), LICENSE/COPYING (license icon), and any others that I may have omitted. By the way, the INSTALL icon is great.
