Comment 0 for bug 1165009

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a new document
2) draw a rectangle
3) toggle snapping with hotkey (%)
4) move the rectangle
5) undo (once)

the undo operation changes snapping back to the state before 3). This does not happen if snapping was toggled by pressing the toolbar button instead of the hotkey. Expected behaviour would be that snapping is unaffected by undo or at least reverting the the snapping setting takes one more undo step.
