#1. Adobe Reader Firefox plug-in gives 2 bold lines, with 16 thinner lines underneath, with the thinner lines in a gradient from thin to slightly wider to thin again. Evince gives no thinner lines, just the 2 bold ones.

#2. Adobe Reader gives the same as the #1. Evince gives the two bold lines and 16 uniformly thin lines below. All lines are made of 9-12 individual line segments, with some whitespace in between.

#3. Same results as #2.
