Comment 1 for bug 340057

I've written a custom twisted LogFile that fulfill the requirements above. However in order to use that in application we need a newer twisted codeline (8.0.1 is too old), including, at least, http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/changeset/25379.

Let's see if we can organize an upgrade for this cycle.
